Our new beginning

This blog began after my husband being dianosed diabetic last week and seeing Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution last night. I will never see food the same. I'm going to have to relearn everything I have learned how to cook. When you walk in the grocery store and go the the vegatable ile,do you feel lost sometime? Do you know what everything is? Better than that if you brought it home would you know how to clean it,cut it or cook it? I have come to the conclusion that I am going to have to do some research. I pray I'm not the only mom who feels this way. I did not know a lot of the stuff I was putting in my mouth and better yet my kids mouth until I watched Jamie Oliver's show,Fiday March 26th, (sorry couldn't find the next listing,I will post that asap!!). The worst thing I found out was I was killing my kids and myself and didn't know it.
